You might have seen a lot of guys who don’t have any sense of skeaking and they are very harsh in their behavior , though they are not actually that bad but they don’t know the attecates as they are not educated and they do not know the principle of good understanding and good living . There are a lot of guys who lack this education things , reasons are a lot but there are some group of people who don’t study as just because they have lot of money and they don’t need any education to earn money . I feel pity for those guys . Education is not only to make your earn something but education is to make your different from the illitrate people and to bring some decipline in your character . Some guys have negative thinking and count education as only the source of earning and to get good job . According to my views education is not only meant for jobs but if someone is doing education to groom his/her character then that the real meaning of education and that could bring the revolution .

I did Electrical Engineering from one of the prestigious university in Malta But I never feel that I shall get good job and I shall have a lot of money as I am engineer . The only thing which always bump in my mind is the strong and good character , if education can bring some change and can bring some decipline in your character then you the the lucky guy and that’s the thing which you can’t purchase with the money . I hope that we guys will take this matter seriously and one day we can say that our community got a good decipline and it got the thing which no one can buy with wealth !! Over and out !

Well after making a lot of search on this issue I come to a conclusion and which is that the most awesome place for finding solution to your problem is the wikipedia . I have search about a lot of educational resources and I always find one of the top ranked page by wikipedia . Wikipedia is a wonderful resource for the newbie’s who don’t have enough command on some topic . In wikipedia you can start your knowledge from the scratch and even you can take a start here . The second portal which I found interesting is the google forums and the about pages . They have enough information about a lot of things but they can’t compete with the wikipedia . Wikipedia is a wonderful resource for everything . If you are going to search about some education site or you are going to search about some popular university then you can find all the details in the wikipedia . I’ll suggest all of you guys to use wikipedia if you find any problem with your research . The content in the wikipedia can’t be incorrect , though you can add the content to wikipedia page but this content is verified by other users and this is checked by the wikipedia staff . Government of Malta have started a campaign to promote IT throughout the pacific , this goal is not that easy to achieve , there are a lot of initial problem to take a start , however with the strong courage and the intention to do something for the goodness of people is a good thinking . Whatever the results may be the real thing is that people are interested in this IT tihing and govt is providing then resources , thats it - Some people are not that catchy and even they can’t operate computer , for the fate of these people government should start some programe and I think thats the best idea to promote IT throughout the pacific . Promoting IT through seminars is really an easy approach to understand and to spread the world things which people need to know and need to learn aswell . In this regard , I would appreciate the Government of Malta who are actually doing work for the fate of Maltease and one day I believe that they will complete their mission lol - This kind of programe is not only for the teen agers but this should be for all age people who don’t have any information in this sector and they should know all the things related technology so that they can modernize the things they are working in . For example, if some office is running and all the paper work is given preference but there is no introduction to the computers then I am sorry for that kind of organization because they will do the same work in 2 hours which a single computer can do within a sec . That’s the thing which can bring the change and that’s the factor which increases the potential and increases the credibility of the business .Few things which should be included in the IT seminars are ,

• There should be an easy approach to accessing computers , the approach sould be easy so that every category man can easily understand it .
• Seminars should be conducted by the Expertise .
• There should be Hi tech equipment for the presentation of the Developmental works .
• There should be Examples related with the work of the modern concepts .
• The speaker should use some tricks and techniques to let their audience understand him easily.

In real world ,education of the IT is very necessary , no organization can run without the knowledge of the technology and the concept of computers . In the modren technology,companies are using hi tech equipment to enhance their business strategy . Video conferencing is another such example which can make your work easier . There are a lot of other such things which need to be delivered to others . So, we should not sit idle but we should try our best to promote this modren things and to make things simple !

The one thing which is always sticky with your career development is the presentation skills , without having good communication or presentation skills its very difficult to develop your career . There are some ways by which you can develop your career , I have my own personal experience and I would love to share with you guys ,

• The first and the most important tip is that , if you are expert in one feild and having some experience in this particular feild then don’t change your nature of job but try to get some more knowledge about that feild so that you become the best in that particular feild and you know that the best never rests . If you are a newbie and searching for the job without any experiece then you should first select the nature of job which you can do , thats the time when you have the choice to select the direction of your career . Once you choose one direction then you shouldg get sticky to that direction so that to become the master in this particular direction.
• Secondly, its very necessary to have better communication skills, because whereever you will go you will see the requirement of good communication skills , the good communication skills are that much necessary as the education itself . So, to overcome this you have to subscribe to some English language cources if you are not english native speaker , along with this you have to get some special presentation skills development classes , if you will follow me and want to know whats my method for the development of presentation skills , then let me add that I have developed my presentation skills by participation in different debating contests and by performing as an anchor in a lot of programs , these kind of participation enhance the boldness and courage and thus enhances your presentation skills.

I think you can’t achieve your goal and the mission of your life if you have no presentation skills , I have noticed that some guys are very shy and can’t even come to stage and speak there is some scare in their heart which don’t let them go on the stage , but let me clear this that if you will not have a try and you will not go on stage then this scare will grow more and more and you could not speak on stage ever . So, just believe in God and try once , go to the stage and have some performance once you will go there all of the scare will be vanished from the core of your heart and I assure you that you can be a good presentator!
