Education is not only for making position in the society but it is also for lots of other thing in our society . Education is not only for getting good job but its is also for lots of other things in our society , What are these things in our society ? – The most important thing is the moral values which is developed in the character of student step by step when he go through proper schooling . Student recognizes his own moral values and the rights which he can use in his life . Education not only give us the vision to choose right or wrong but it also give us the vision to always work for goodness .
There are lots of bloggers who write about education but you will hardly find one who write about such things . I remember when I was small my parents always keep me pinging that you have to get first position in class and you have to get good position in society and that could only be possible if you will have a good job . I think that is non sense !! Education is not only for getting good job , I have seen lots of illiterate people who have developed their own businesses even they were not having education . So it doesn’t matter that you will get a good job after education or not it all depend on the destiny . A man with good destiny will get the same thing which is written in the books of God for that person .
If there is some kind of lust behind getting education then I’m sure that lust never ever come true . Education without lust always bring colors in life .
According to my vision good student is one who learn everything , from technical point of view as well as from social point of view . A person who recognizes his social responsibilities and work for the goodness of people has completed the purpose of education . So, Be Educated and become a good citizen of this little world !
Now a days when lots of people are jobless and don’t find enough money to educate their children in good schools literacy rate is going down in lots of countries specially in countries where financial breakdown has more impact on the general public , same is the case with the Malta , Some of the children lack basic facility of schooling which indirectly go negatively in favor of country’s growth .
This is not only the case with our country but it’s the situation facing by world’s super powers as well , In this jeopardizing situation everyone has to play a part and there is a need to help all those who really need help . First of all Govt have to take action and provide basic facilities to such children then if Government is helpless , it’s our duty to play on front .
Yes , bad clouds are dancing on our fortunes but we have to tackle this situation before it covers us . Education is the basic building block of nation and it should not be effected in any way so if you are thinking of good tomorrow then you must have to search workaround for today’s education .
Literacy percentage will go high with our efforts , this is what we believe & this can only be possible with the contribution of everyone towards the education of needy children . Life is the name of Constant struggle , in life we got lots of opportunities but sometime we click and sometime we don’t , all the things depend on the destiny . In all the above universities I like University of Malta even though I graduated from ohio dominican university , its very special for all those who have earned a big name in career as they are graduated from University of Malta & they are proud to be graduated from University of Malta . When I qualified for this university I wouldn’t know the ranking and worth of studying there but still I completed my education there and now I am at good position in Ericsson Telecom .
Malta College of Arts, Science and Technology is one another Institute which worth explanation . There are lots of other other but due to time shortage I can’t explain about each one of them . But one thing is for sure that the above two institutes are endless and the faculty and other extra curricular activities there are unique and worth visiting .
Gian Frangisk Abela Junior College is also good institute for studding , all these schools/universities are good and performing well at their part but the main thing is that whats the position of the university in world ranking list as at the end of the day people check the university status and position there , hope & think for the best and everything is yours , good luck !
Sounds like developing competence is an easy thing as its easy to pronounce ‘competence development ‘ but it become far more difficult if not structured properly . There are lots of organizations who want to develop competence within their workers community but due to the lack of processes they are not able to achieve their goals .
The very first thing which is necessary for a proper organization is to have processes , processes makes things easier to handle and process itself correct lots of bugs in the working environment , for example one organization like Ericsson has a well defined process and it sell its services by claiming that they have a well defined process , customer on the other hand need reliable service in committed time which can only be possible if they see some kind of processes in the organization so its very necessary to have a well defined process for everything in an organization .
Now the question comes how to develop competence if we have a good process in an organization ? - well the question is self explanatory because if we have good processes in the dept then there must be the process defined to share knowledge , sharing knowledge is the only thing which takes an organization an extra mile .
If an organization define a process of sharing knowledge then I am sure that organization will not fail either in sense of business or in sense of competence development .
