It is the fact that if you have some leadership skills then you will never fail in your life , Like you are a good team leader but you are not that much educated but you got these leadership skills then I am sure that you will never fail in your life , whatever you will do you will see your growth , if you will choose business then you will be a good business man leading your own generated business , if you will join some company then you will also show your best performance there , as good leadership skills are always the requirements of most of the firms and you shoud have there qualites to adjust yourself in the community as well as to solve different tasks .
Leadership skills are always required whenever there is a need of some direction and no one know what to do and what should be the next step , in such cases a good leader takes the step and direct all of his clients to one specified direction . This is the things which can make you different from others , though its generic thing and prantice can bring out some changes but the main thing is generic and you can’t do this without your own self guts .
Throught the past couple of years experience I have noticed one thing , that the people who lives in Malta are bit week in leadership and there is a need of some grooming in this feild , though its a generic thing but practice can make you perfect ,and everything is possible with practice . I mean to say that we should start some campaign where every individual should get specified training under the shadow of experts in this feild . Hope we shall solve this issus as soon as possilble and we shall get to all the guys who really need us !

Being as an International student in France , initially I had a lot of problems there , the first and the big problem was that of payment processing , as I am Malta’s resident and my father who lives in Malta , keep on sending me money using the Western union . Western union has a lot of charges and finally my father denied to pay me using that Western union service , I talked to my father in case of some other payment solution for this , then one of my friend David suggested me to use some Credit cards of my country which are attacted with your account or just issue one supplementry credit card from your father’s accound , and that idea was really rocking , I asked my Dad to send me one Credit card which can allow me to wihdraw money here in France . Now I can get my money for paying very small amount of charges , you can just neglect it as campared to Western Union charges .
Now the problem was that which brand card should I use which can give me the global accessibility , then again my friend David who is an online web helper , suggested me to use some credit card which has master or visa card logo , in that way I shall be able to use the services . Master and Visa cards are normally accepted in every country and they have nominal charges . In this way I sort out my payment processing problem by finding best credit card deals
on the internet and now I am living happily here , There were a lot of other problems there like I had to stay in some hotel in the start as I was new there and I could not find some place where I can live . But finally I found such a devoted friend ,David, and we bought one flat for rent . Its really an amazing place and I love roaming on the cold roads of France . There were a lot of other problems aswell like no part time job, some financial problem , study problem but this kind of problem is in normal routine of man , where ever you will go you will see that kind of problems but we shoud face the problems and try to sort them out , thats the way I live and thats the way I would suggest all !!

Normally if you search in the globe of the world you will see a lot of Nations who are using the common English language to share there thought , Like me , I am Urdu speaker but I am using this english language to share my thoughts with the whole world on this blog . As we all know that every body is proud of their language , being as a Urdu speaker I feel proud for this language but we have to adopt some ways to communicate with the rest of the world and we have to change ourselve according to our needs . As most of the people we are dealing now a days are english speakers and we have to learn english to make our communication possible .We know that Germans are proud of their language and they don’t speak normally in English language , its their own way to live because they have nothing to do with the US or USA as its a self sufficient country and they don’t need anyone’s help . If you will talk to Germans in English then you will ask you to talk in German else go to hell LOL - the same mishap happened to me wheN I got the chance Master scholarship in France but they have noticed from the first day that you have to take the cource of French in your own country and after you learn french you will be allowed to study in our country ..lol I was really amazed at that time but lately I came to know that they are also the one who are very proud of their language and they notmally don’t use English language . Its good but I think we should adopt this english language as a medium because everyone has accepted this language as a third person language and we can’t deny this fact .To learn english you have to read english lessons and you have to speak english with your mates so that this language ride on your tounge and the most important thing is that , don’t ever feel hesitation while speaking english as its the only way that you can learn english .
