I met with one IT person yesterdays , he belong to India & he is a reputable SEO & web developer working for technologies.   Being as a web professional I have to say that IT & web technology are deeply related with each other . Web technology played a big role in promoting IT and I think it would be playing it’s best part in the future . An internship is an ideal opportunity to learn about other cultures, to experience new things and to get practical work experience. It should not be a spontaneous decision because you have to search for an accommodation and plan things accordingly , its better to to do a proper analysis of organization you are planning to join , if possible should be planned in advance. The better organized everything is, the more relaxed you can respond to your problems.

Internship plan and Tips:

• Organization Selection : Selection of organization is the most important thing , reputed organizations give you stipend , accommodation and sometime give you travel allowance . One should first try to find internship in its hometown , if not possible then it should be near to hometown . If you are planning to join some organization which is outside the country then you should ask the organization for advance booking for room/flat . In such scenarios international travel is also recommended for the seeking internship training .
• Internship Information sessions : There are several agencies that provide internships and conducts information sessions . You should also visit one of the really big companies with EU seats also often offer internships abroad, so you can meet in advance with national representatives to discuss the process.
• Internship Agreement: Before you opt for overseas internship option ,You should have a confirmation latter from the organization you are planning to join , The contract should also be read properly, so you know exactly how many hours you must work, what duties and rights you have, etc. If you have some confusion in understanding the contract then you should get help of some other person but it is highly recommended to understand the contract completely before departure .
