When a resident of Malta seeks flexible online education, he or she has two main domestic options: the University of Malta and the Institute of Tourism Studies. THE UNIVERSITY OF MALTA
The University of Malta (UM) is the island’s premiere educational institution. As of March 2010, the school’s e-learning system is still in its early stages. The University of Malta’s Virtual Learning Environment presently offers tutoring modules to four-year students, and some online classes are available to the university’s junior college students. THE INSTITUTE OF TOURISM STUDIES
The Institute of Tourism Studies was founded in 1987 to serve Malta’s hospitality community. Certificates and diplomas are awarded for both on-campus and online study. Examples of study areas include: hospitality and tourism management; hotel operations; travel agency operations; and tour guiding. Some degree programs include one-year hospitality internships outside of Malta.
OVERSEAS SCHOOLS
When researching distance learning options throughout the European Union, a good place to start is the European Association for Distance Learning (EADL). The EADL helps to regulate the quality of distance learning programs; it weeds out scam artists such as the infamous European Institute for Education. Maltese students may also apply to schools outside of the European Union, but applications and funding might be more complex than they are when one stays within the EU system.

In all the above universities I like University of Malta even though I graduated from ohio dominican university , its very special for all those who have earned a big name in career as they are graduated from University of Malta & they are proud to be graduated from University of Malta . When I qualified for this university I wouldn’t know the ranking and worth of studying there but still I completed my education there and now I am at good position in Ericsson Telecom .
Malta College of Arts, Science and Technology is one another Institute which worth explanation . There are lots of other other but due to time shortage I can’t explain about each one of them . But one thing is for sure that the above two institutes are endless and the faculty and other extra curricular activities there are unique and worth visiting .
Gian Frangisk Abela Junior College is also good institute for studding , all these schools/universities are good and performing well at their part but the main thing is that whats the position of the university in world ranking list as at the end of the day people check the university status and position there , hope & think for the best and everything is yours , good luck !
Sounds like developing competence is an easy thing as its easy to pronounce ‘competence development ‘ but it become far more difficult if not structured properly . There are lots of organizations who want to develop competence within their workers community but due to the lack of processes they are not able to achieve their goals .
The very first thing which is necessary for a proper organization is to have processes , processes makes things easier to handle and process itself correct lots of bugs in the working environment , for example one organization like Ericsson has a well defined process and it sell its services by claiming that they have a well defined process , customer on the other hand need reliable service in committed time which can only be possible if they see some kind of processes in the organization so its very necessary to have a well defined process for everything in an organization .
Now the question comes how to develop competence if we have a good process in an organization ? - well the question is self explanatory because if we have good processes in the dept then there must be the process defined to share knowledge , sharing knowledge is the only thing which takes an organization an extra mile .

One another aspect of our life to follow the directions provided by our ancestors but practically we follow what we see right & decide our own directions , practically it seems true but if we see other part of the picture then lots of things which are told by our ancestors come true with the passage of time . No doubt they have more knowledge as compared to us and they will never show you negative direction so I agree that lots of things told by our ancestors are right said .
In the journey of finding success in this materialistic world we sometime forget our religious values which is not good . We have to take both things in combination . Religious education is very necessary because it tell us what to do and what not to . To properly show our culture we must need to recite the verses provided to us by our ancestors .
Now the problem is there are lots of religions defined in our society , some follow Bible while Some follow Quran , there are some differences between these books but as we all know the final one was Quran so practically speaking we should follow the last one .
Here we are not going to discuss which religion is right and which is wrong but here we are supposed to take part in Religion we suppose to believe but always we should think what is right and what is wrong & remember always to chose right .
